Sesame Silk Sour (Restaurant / Speakeasy)


  • 2 oz Kristone Handmade Vodka
  • ¾ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Toasted Sesame Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Garnish: Pineapple Frond
Glassware: Fizz / Small Collins


Combine ingredients in a shaker tin. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake again. (optional, throw) Double strain into a nick & nora or stemmed sour glass. Serve.

Toasted Sesame Syrup:

Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over low heat until fragrant. Combine 2 parts toasted sesame seeds, 2 parts sugar, and 1 part hot water. Stir to combine and let steep for 20-30 minutes or until sesame flavor is prevalent on the nose. Strain into a sealable container. Will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
