The Ruby

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Kristone Brandy
• 1 oz Ruby Port
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• 1 Whole Egg
• 1 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish: Freshly Grated Nutmeg
Glassware: Brandy Snifter

Method:

Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
