Bitter and Fluffy

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Kristone Gin
• 1 1/2 oz Blanc Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Suze
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• Egg White

Garnish: Lemon Twist
Glassware: Coupe

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake. Strain from one tin into other and discard ice. Shake again. Double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
