Kristone Spritz (Spring / Summer) (Restaurant)

Ingredients:

• 1½ oz Kristone Handmade Vodka
• ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
• ½ oz Lemon
• ¼ oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters
• 2 Cucumber Slices
• Top With Club Soda

Garnish: Picked Cucumber Ribbon Lemon Twist
Glassware: Wine Glass / Collins

Method: 

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker tin. Add ice. Quick hard shake to combine. Double strain into a wine glass over freshly cracked ice. Top with soda water. Garnish and serve.
