Lunar Folly (Spring / Summer) (Restaurant)

Ingredients:

• 1½ Kristone Handmade Vodka
• ½ Lemon
• ¼ Crème de Violette
• ½ Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
• 3-4 Mint Leaves

Garnish: Mint Sprig & Grapefruit Twist
Glassware: Wine Glass

Method: 

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice. Shake to combine. Double strain into a wine glass over freshly cracked ice. Express mint and grapefruit twist. Garnish and serve.
