Matcha Sour (Restaurant)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Kristone Handmade Vodka
  • ¾ oz Lemon
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Drop Orange Flower Water
  • 1 Barspoon Matcha Powder

Garnish: none
Glassware: Nick & Nora / Stemmed Sour

Method: 

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake again. (optional, throw) Double strain into a nick & nora or stemmed sour glass. Serve.
